Solo Theater Performer/Writer: David Kleinberg has written and performed four hour-long solo theater pieces related to his life experiences. 1. His current work is "He Wants to Run" is the story of a guy who hates running and dogs, and how David ran with his neighbor's dog for 13 years in Cloverdale, Ca., and what Butler taught David about living and dying. 2. His acclaimed "Hey, Hey, LBJ", about his year as an army combat correspondent in Vietnam, has been performed in Washington DC, New York, Sydney, Australia and in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. 3. The sequel to "LBJ," "Return to the Scene of the Crime" is about David returning to Vietnam 50 years after the war to visit where David's buddies died and try to perform "LBJ" under threat of arrest from the communist government. The above three works all had runs at San Francisco's prestigious Marsh Theater. 4. His debut piece in 2012 was "The Voice, One Man's Journey Into Sex Addiction and Recovery."

Vietnam Military Journalist: Kleinberg was a writer and editor for the 25th Infantry Division while at Cu Chi, Vietnam from 1966 to 1967, and was awarded the Bronze Star for his work.
Television Producer/Talent: Kleinberg was a casual reporter/producer for "Segment 2" at KTVU Channel 2 in Oakland and at KPIX Channel 5 for five years.
